Thermal Engineering 1400 series manifolds are the ideal choice for the discriminating service engineer. The 1400 series body is forged brass with full size porting for maximum flow. The gauges include a rugged metal housing and the no flutter dial ensures accuracy. With large, easy-to-grip knobs, built in sight glass, purge valve, and 1/4" hose hangers, the 1400 series allows the service engineer to “get the job done right”.
HVACR-Tools.com is proud to stock the American made Zeppelin™ series of manifolds by JB Industries. Available in brass and aluminum, JB Zeppelin manifolds feature durable molded “Soft Grip” rubber handles that eases opening and closing while the improved stem design means “Full Open” in only ˝ turns. The brass Zeppelin™ series also incorporates cutting edge styling and technology to significantly reduce the weight of the manifold.
In addition to the new look, JB also offers an increased selection of gauges in metal cases and refrigerant combinations. Standard 1/2", Liquid Filled 1/2", Large 3 1/8” and glow-in-the-dark 3 1/8" gauges can be coupled with 5 different refrigerant combinations and JB’s multiple hose options to serve any application.
All Zeppelin manifolds include a 60” hose set!
With all of the options available to today's HVAC technician, the Yellow Jacket Series 41 Manifolds are still one of the most popular options. Series 41 manifolds are available with 2 1/2" or 3 1/8" gauges and have a forged brass body with metal valve handles for durability and ease of operation while full porting maximizes capacity. Hose anchors are forged into back of body at 45°.
TITAN manifolds, also from Yellow Jacket, are the first forged aluminum manifolds in the industry. The special aluminum alloy body makes this unit lightweight for handling ease with the durability and reliability required for repeated, rugged use. TITAN test and charging manifolds are available in 2-valve or 4-valve configurations and feature large, easy-to-read 3-1/8" steel case 1% accuracy (Class 1) gauges with front access for easy field recalibration. An exclusive 100 mesh filter in-line on all flare fittings helps keep out particulate material and extend the life of the seats.
The new BRUTE II™ 4-Valve Test and Charging Manifold has been trimmed down for lighter weight but with the same powerful performance of the original model. This streamlined unit continues to provide the flow that's proven faster than any conventional manifold. And even though sleeker and more compact, the aluminum alloy is forged for strength and reliability with 3/8" bores through the body to speed the job. The Brute II has contoured easy-grip handles for positive control which are color-coded for ready identification. All Brute II manifolds feature a sight glass to easily view refrigerant movement and condition during charging and recovery.
Imperial has made charging systems faster and easier than ever by designing manifolds with a built-in Kwik-Charge®.
The 700 series features a Dual Action Valve that operates as a conventional manifold, or the manifold accepts liquid refrigerant from cylinder and discharges into the low side of the system by engaging the Kwik Charge valve. Charging rate is up to eight times faster than vapor charging!
Digital Manifolds
The Award winning DM2 is the most intelligent manifold
on the market. Combining a superheat/subcooling
gauge with a charging and testing manifold and
temperature gauge, the DM2, with 32 refrigerants built-in, is a must for the serious
service technician.
Calibration, calculation, and
conversion are automatic, thereby eliminating errors and
ensuring that you charge correctly. The built-in
capabilities of this unit make it low maintenance,
accurate, and quick. Many functions are instant
and continue to analyze and record up to 24 hours.
The JB Industries Digital Manifold
won the gold award for
product design in the
third annual 2006 ACHR
Dealer Design Awards for
the tools category.
With the Yellow Jacket 40802 digital refrigeration system analyzer you see pressure dynamics to readily know if the system's thermostatic expansion valve is modulating properly, if liquid is flooding back into the systems, and more. Saturation, subcooling, and superheat readings are automatic to elimate fishing in your wallet for reference cards. This almost immediate knowledge of system behavior and faults can help save up to 10 minutes and more on many jobs.
The 40802 profiles 23 common refrigerants and has an upgradeable probe for new refrigerants. It has rugged case construction (2-year warranty) with rubber boot to tolerate impact and resist typical oils, acids, and sunlight.
